Dr. Reuben K. Chen is the Principal, Founder & CEO of Wellspring Consulting. He has more than 30 years of experience with integrated financial planning, asset management, real estate, retirement and estate planning, tax reduction and insurance strategies, as well as banking and mortgage lending.

As the Chief Wealth Strategist, Reuben’s clients include high-net-worth retirees, professionals, small business owners, corporate executives and non-profit institutions. Prior to forming Wellspring Consulting, Reuben was a Financial Advisor with Sagemark/Lincoln for 14 years and oversaw their Milpitas office for three years.

Dr. Chen is not only dedicated to his practice, he’s also very active in his community. He recently founded the Silicon Valley Lions Foundation where he serves as Charter President. He is currently the Chairman of the Northern California Chapter of the Asian American Insurance Financial Professional Association (AAIFPA) and member of the Worldwide Chinese Life Insurance Congress, and Financial Planning Association (FPA). He also co-founded Shower of Blessing Evangelistic Ministry in 1998 and the Chinese American Christian Business in 1996.

In recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions to the community, Mayor Jose Esteves from the City of Milpitas proclaimed September 18, 2007 to officially be “Dr. Reuben K. Chen Day.”

With his wealth of experience and knowledge of the fixed insurance industry, Dr. Chen has received international recognition through his participation in local and national TV and radio shows and financial publications around the world. He has also spoken at numerous industry and community events.
